An engine hand-built in aluminium. 32 valves with a closed-deck block that multiplies strength and rigidity. Eviscerating unnecessary weight. The seismic uplift in power and torque also increases the thermal load, demanding a complete redesign of Vantage’s cooling system. Tripling the number of radiators and adding two auxiliary coolers on the centre-mounted radiator. A 56% increase in thermal apertures. A larger air-gulping recontoured grille. A splitter feeding enhanced airflow into more capacious front apertures. Without impacting on aerodynamic balance or downforce.
