Sporting the same lean-burn version of the sensational Cosworth-built 6.5 litre naturally aspirated V12 engine as our Valkyrie Hypercar, Valkyrie LM is tuned to an identical regulation-limited 520kW (697bhp). An intensive dyno development programme has retuned and remapped every parameter to both comply with hypercar regulations and to arm the Valkyrie LM for the rigors of endurance racing, optimising fuel consumption and drivability.
To maximise drivability, Valkyrie LM features open rather than closed-loop torque control, enhancing the driving experience and eliminating the driveshaft and input torque sensors that manage power delivery on the homologated race car. The V12 is recalibrated to accept readily available fuel, and Aston Martin's elite team of professional drivers and engineers will formulate a driver-friendly handling setup, ensuring the Valkyrie LM delivers the ultimate performance on the track.

The Valkyrie LM's beating heart is its modified chassis, meticulously re-engineered to accommodate an expanded fuel tank, a necessity for the grueling stints of endurance racing. Precise modifications to the bulkhead structure allow for a larger fuel cell to be seamlessly integrated, all without compromising the torsional rigidity or weight distribution of the chassis. The result is a chassis that, while building on the foundations of the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro, pushes every millimeter to arm the Valkyrie LM for the unique demands of endurance racing.
Even the door structure has been transformed, its interaction with the bodywork's top deck evolved in the name of driver safety and efficiency. Ingress and egress have been refined to shave precious seconds off pit stops, where races are won and lost.

The racing suspension configuration features double wishbones front and rear, with pushrod actuated torsion bar springs and adjustable side and central dampers. Wishbone geometries have been modified from Valkyrie AMR Pro to sharpen race vehicle dynamics.
An additional anti-penetration member in the front wishbones ups the safety factor. Springs and dampers have been fully reoptimised and precisely tuned to wield ultimate control over the race car's aerodynamic platform. The rear-wheel-drive Valkyrie LM channels its power through an Xtrac seven-speed sequential transmission, with lightning-fast changes delivered by semi-automatic paddle shift.

Brimming with F1® technologies the Aston Martin Valkyrie LM will run on bespoke performance tyres from F1® tyre partner, Pirelli. The wheels have been reengineered, their rim profiles subtly redesigned to accommodate the outboard mechanical components. Freed from the wheel cover requirements, our engineers seized the opportunity to eliminate the wheel cover mounts, shedding every excess gram in an unapologetic display of weight saving.
Nestled within these lightened wheels lies a race-specific carbon brake setup, fully inherited from the race car and developed to deliver uncompromising braking performance and endurance under the punishing conditions of the track. The front brake duct has been completely reworked to flood the brake disc with cooling airflow during the heat of competition. This is braking performance ruthlessly focused on shaving every possible millisecond off lap times.
